At Cost OK Enterprises ("we," "our," or "us"), we aim to process and dispatch your orders as efficiently as possible. This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and fees applicable when cancelling retail or wholesale orders on www.costok.com.

1. Retail Order Cancellation Guidelines

A. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation (Within 6 Hours of Order Placement)

Customers can cancel retail orders free of charge before the item enters the packaging and shipping phase, provided the cancellation request is submitted within 6 hours of order placement.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If cancelled within 6 hours (before dispatch), the order will be cancelled immediately without any fee or liability.

  • Prepaid Orders: If cancelled within 6 hours (before dispatch), you are eligible for a 100% Full Refund. The complete amount will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI Wallet) within 24 hours.

B. Post-Dispatch Cancellation & Administrative Charges

If an order cancellation request is initiated after 6 hours of placement or after the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, administrative, transaction, and shipping costs will be levied.

  • Deduction Charges (Prepaid Orders): Non-refundable administrative and operational costs will be deducted from your total order payment. These deductions include:

    1. Statutory GST Charges (e.g., 18% as applicable)

    2. Payment Gateway Processing Fees (~1.5%)

    3. Two-Way Logistics & Shipping Charges (Actual forward and return freight costs)

  • Refund Settlement Timeline: The net balance amount (Order Value minus GST, Gateway, and Courier charges) will be refunded to your original payment account within 2 to 3 working days after the parcel is safely returned to our warehouse facility.

2. Wholesale & B2B Bulk Order Cancellation Policy (Strict Term)

  • Non-Cancellable Policy: Wholesale, bulk commercial orders, and B2B orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Advance Amount Forfeiture: Any advance payment, deposit, or token amount paid by the customer towards a wholesale or bulk order is strictly non-refundable.

  • Reason: Advance payments are immediately allocated toward raw material procurement, manufacturing, and dedicated inventory reservation for bulk fulfillment. In the event of a wholesale order cancellation by the buyer, 100% of the advance amount will be forfeited to cover inventory and procurement losses.
